In preparation for every session, I am constantly checking the weather to make sure we won’t get rained out. This one was no different. However, on my way to this Delano Park maternity session, it began to sprinkle. Nothing major, but enough to make me seriously worried about this out-of-nowhere summer shower! Thankfully, the Segroves family was up for it, and we made the most of their session despite the weather. I’m glad we did, because after just a little rain (which made for some beautiful photographs), the sun peaked out from the clouds to give us a gorgeous glow. This family is always a joy to work with, and I was honored to document the time as they prepared to welcome their second little boy!
