This Huntsville, Alabama newborn session was a dream. From the moment I walked in the door, greeted with open arms, Shyann and Ryan’s joy was simply contagious. This couple had just moved to the Huntsville area, started new jobs, and welcomed their first baby all within a few months. That’s a lot for anyone to take on, but they welcomed all of their adventures with smiles and laughter. What I loved most was hearing each of them talk about how naturally the other had taken to parenting. It’s such a gift to get to witness a family growing. And to see two brand new parents encourage each other so much was beautiful.
Shyann and Ryan’s home has lots of natural light, so we were able to move around and capture images in the living room, nursery, master bedroom, and kitchen. In every setting, we focused on their connection and adoration for their precious baby boy. At one point when I was focusing on Ryan and Camden in the nursery, I caught Shyann peaking in, love just written all over her face. I couldn’t help but document her watching her guys! Toward the end of the session, we invited their adorable golden doodles to come and join us. What fun we had watching them sniff around their baby brother!
