I love when a family trusts me to photograph their family over time. We get to know each other, and I have the joy of watching their babies grow. This Huntsville newborn session featuring sweet baby Grant was the second session I’ve had with the Demny family. The first was their maternity session, so it was just the most fun to capture little Grant outside his mama’s belly!
I was captivated by how mom Lauren took to mothering two so seamlessly. Going from one to two comes with all the emotions and learning to split your attention even more than before, but she was just a natural. Her love and patience was beautiful to witness. I particularly loved her sheer adoration for her new baby boy and how how she welcomed her little girl to admire him along with her.
